Purchase Information: Limited transaction metadata (purchase token, product ID, transaction ID, country) for purchase verification. We do not collect or store payment card numbers or billing details; these are handled securely by the app store.

What we DON'T collect: We do not collect your name, email, location, browsing history, or any personal identifiable information. We do not use analytics or tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the minimal information collected to:

Provide core app functionality (timer, music player, todos)
Save your preferences locally on your device
Validate your one-time purchase and maintain your access
Ensure compatibility with your device

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

2.1 Pricing

Offline Focus is offered as a one-time purchase of €4.99. Upon successful purchase you receive:

Lifetime access to the app and all features
Access to all music tracks offline
All current and future updates at no additional cost
No subscriptions, no ads, no tracking

The purchase is processed by the respective app store (Apple or Google). We only store the minimal purchase token necessary to verify your entitlement.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. All app data is stored locally on your device. The only exception:

App store providers (Apple/Google) for purchase validation
If required by law or legal process

4. Data Security

Since all your data is stored locally on your device:

Your data never leaves your device (except for purchase verification)
You control your data - it's protected by your device's security
No servers storing your personal information
No risk of data breaches from our side

5. Data Retention

All app data (timer settings, music preferences, todos) is stored locally on your device and can be:

Cleared through the app's reset function
Deleted by uninstalling the app
Managed through your device's storage settings

Purchase verification tokens are retained only as long as needed to validate your license and may be deleted upon request (note: this may affect your ability to use the app).

6. Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

All data is stored on your device - you own it
Delete all app data through app reset or uninstall
Request deletion of purchase records (contact us)
No account creation required - no data to access or port

7. Children's Privacy

Offline Focus is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. No registration or account creation is required.

Offline Focus is designed to work completely offline:

No internet connection required for any features
All music is stored on your device
No data sent to external servers during normal use
Internet only needed for initial download and purchase verification

9. Third-Party Services

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third parties involved are:

Apple App Store / Google Play Store (for purchase processing)
